Q: What is DERAD's warranty? A: DERAD provides a 7 years warranty. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality. A refund and compensation is claimable when major failure has occurred due to our responsibility. Immediate International courier of replacement parts will be organized if they are in stock.
