A: Yes, free quotes are available to our clients. The price is calculated as per buyer's specific requirements.Please help to provide the following information. 1). Windows and doors schedule indicating the window dimensions,quantities and type. 2). Frame color & coating(powder coating/fluorocarbon/anodizing/electrophoresis or others); 3). Type of glass and thickness(single/double glazed or toughened/laminated/Low-E, with/without noble gas or others) and color(clear/tinted/reflective or others); 4). Energy rating & security requirements.
Q2: What is DERAD's manufacture time?
A: 30-45 days after the confirmation of deposit and drawing.
Q3: What is the payment terms?
A: Normally, 30%-50% of total amount by T/T as deposit and balance before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable.
Q4: Will we need to install the glass(onsite glazing)or does DERAD's products come with the glass installed?
A: Glass is normally installed at factory based on windows/doors dimension to ensure the quality of the products.Onsite glazing is only recommended for extremely large sized products.
Q5: What is DERAD's warranty?
A: DERAD provides a 7 years warranty. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.A refund and compensation is claimable when major failure has occurred due to our responsibility. Immediate International courier of replacement parts will be organized if they are in stock.Otherwise, it normally takes 10-15 days to order them. Please refer to our warranty policy for more details.
