| A: 30-45 days after the confirmation of deposit and drawing. |
| Q: What is the payment terms? |
| A: Normally, 30%-50% of total amount by T/T as deposit and balance before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable. |

Q: Will we need to install the glass(onsite glazing)or does DERAD's products come with the glass installed? |

A: Glass is normally installed at factory based on windows/dimension to ensure the quality of the products. Onsite glazing is only recommended for extremely large sized products. |
