Q: What is DERAD's manufacture time?
A: 30-45 days after the confirmation of deposit and drawing.
Q: What is the payment terms?
A: Normally, 30%-50% of total amount by T/T as deposit and balance before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable.
Q: Will we need to install the glass(onsite glazing)or does DERAD's products come with the glass installed?
A: Glass is normally installed at factory based on windows/doors dimension to ensure the quality of the products.Onsite glazing is only recommended for extremely large sized products.
Q: What is DERAD's warranty?
A: DERAD provides a 7 years warranty. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be
of acceptable quality.A refund and compensation is claimable when major failure has occurred due to our responsibility. Immediate International courier of replacement parts will be organized if they are in stock.Otherwise, it normally takes 10-15 days to order them.
